Once the order has been delivered according to the specifications, returns are not accepted.
We ensure every product undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch.

If the delivered items do not match your order, you may request a replacement by following these steps:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

Pickup and replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.
🔹 1.3 Return for Quality Issues
Although we maintain strict quality control, in rare cases where a genuine quality defect is found:

Please note that personal preference, color perception, or order changes do not qualify for returns.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or bank account within 10 business days of claim approval.
